Project management and coordination

Objectives:

  • This WP1 will be focused on management of project activities, resources and costs as well as communication management, risk and conflict management, and project quality management.
  • The Coordinator will be the principal responsible for risk and conflict management.
  • Continuous reporting among partners and project management board meetings will contribute to the quality of project results.

  • D1.1 - Minutes of the decision of the project management bodies.
  • D1.2 - First year project management report.
  • D1.3 - Second year project management report.
  • D1.4 - Third year project management report
